Who provides Praxis
Praxis is a product of Paracode, a freelance business registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Paracode” mean the provider of Praxis, and “you” means the program director, program, or institution using it.
These terms cover every Praxis module you are given access to through PD Home.
What this is — a calculator aid
The Resident Evaluation Dashboard ("Praxis") is a client-side viewing and calculation tool, published by Paracode under the Praxis brand. It reads evaluation data you already own, performs calculations on it (averages, ITER mappings, summaries), and presents the results in a readable layout.
It is best understood as a structured spreadsheet formula — like a Google Sheets formula that turns raw scores into a summary. Praxis does not generate evaluations, it does not make clinical judgements, and it does not replace the Program Director.
Praxis is not affiliated with any hospital, training authority, or regulatory body.
Pilot, subscriptions & billing
Pilot. Access is by invitation. Approved programs receive a free 14-day pilot of the modules they requested. No payment details are needed for the pilot, and nothing is charged when it ends.
Subscriptions. After the pilot, continued access requires a paid subscription — per module or for all modules — billed monthly, every six months, or yearly. Current prices are shown inside PD Home before you buy.
Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If a subscription ends, the modules are locked but your settings are kept, and they unlock again if you resubscribe.
Payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Institutions. Departments and institutions can request an institutional plan and pay by invoice. Contact hello@paracode.ai.

No data handling or sharing
Praxis does not collect, store, or share resident evaluation data on our servers. Your data stays in the source you already control (for example, your Google Sheet) and is loaded into your browser only while you use the tool. Only the Program Director (or delegated staff) accesses the results. Any sharing of data remains entirely within your own workflow and under your control.
The only data kept in Firebase is your own account profile and your personal dashboard settings — not residents' evaluations.
Full responsibility of the user
Because Praxis is only a calculation aid, full responsibility for the accuracy, review, interpretation, and final decision on any evaluation rests with the user (the Program Director or authorized reviewer).
By using Praxis you confirm that:
• You have reviewed every calculated score before acting on it.
• You accept that the final ITER, comment, or form submission reflects your clinical judgement, not the tool's output.
• You are authorized to access and process the resident data you connect to the tool.
• You will comply with your institution's policies and all applicable law.
Auto-fill tools
Praxis includes optional helpers that can pre-fill your evaluation forms — whether they are PDF ITER files or web-based forms — with the values you have calculated and reviewed inside the dashboard. These helpers work in the same way as a browser autofill extension: they place text and selections into fields, but they do not submit anything.
It is entirely your responsibility as the user to review every auto-filled value before it is saved or submitted. Praxis provides the values; you provide the judgement, the review, and the final click.
Praxis does not upload or store signature images. The Program Director field accepts typed text only.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access may be suspended or revoked for misuse or non-payment.
No warranty
Praxis is provided "as is", without any warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Calculations may contain bugs. Always verify every calculated score and every pre-filled form before acting on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paracode and Praxis will not be liable for any loss, damage, academic consequence, regulatory finding, or clinical decision arising from your use of the tool. Because Praxis is a calculation aid only, the user bears sole responsibility for the outputs they rely on.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
