What we collect
Your email and display name (from sign-in), the profile details you enter (name, department, center), and the dashboard settings you choose. Resident evaluation data stays in your own Google Sheet — we read it on demand, we do not copy it.
Where it lives
Accounts and synced settings are stored in Google Firebase (Belgium region). Each user's data is private: only you can read or write your own settings.
What we do with it
We use your information only to run the dashboard for you. We do not sell, share, or advertise with it.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the evaluation data you connect. Please make sure using this tool is compatible with your institution's data protection policies and applicable law.
Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and synced data at any time. Email the address below and we'll take care of it.
